Video quality might not be as good as my previous since i need to encode this in sony vegas for the timecode effect. im utterly bad at selecting encode settings for it...

This video is basicly trying to figure which way is faster for you to recovery a full ATB gauge.
Time are marked right after the char uses it last ATB command until it reach a full ATB bar.

Optima change full ATB recovery technique:
1st reading - 3:03ish
2nd reading - 2:28ish

Normal ATB recovery:
1st reading - 3:16ish
2nd reading - 3:29ish

Results:
Using Optima change technique can speed the ATB recovery a bit faster.

I'll probably make a haste ver. later on
